SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE

I'd like to appologize for the problem with my Jaocby Ellsbury video links. For some reason all my link addresses go to the same page showing the same video. If you'd like to actually watch these videos, follow the link under Links for More to Jacoby's Red Sox Profile, and next to his stats for the last 10 games you'll find a section titled Multimedia. This has all the correct links to the videos I was describing right there at RedSox.com.

Once again, I appologize.

Thank you for viewing my blog,

Meg.

General

Not only is Jacoby Ellsbury a pretty face to look at (a very, very nice face, I might add), but he is one of the Sox's most valuable players right now. His offense might be a bit slow right now, but he'll get out of it soon enough. When he not in a slump, the bats are cracking at Fenway with base-hit after base-hit after base-hit. He not only can hit, but on the offensive side he is one of the top stealers (stealing bases, that is) and fastest runners you can find. On the defensive side, he consistantly makes incredible dive-catches over and over again that are too far out of reach for any mortal to snag. And on top of that, he is the first Native American of Navajo descent to make it to the Major Leagues. They even held a parade in his honor back in Madras, Oregon, his home town.

Oh yeah, I'd play some catch with this ball player any time.
